I thought it would be a good idea to share in this forum some specials I am running in my Maui restaurants.
Every Monday evening for dinner only at Haliimaile General Store, we offer some special pricing that benefits the Maui Food Bank. For each person that brings in one non-perishable food item to be donated to the Maui Food Bank, I will take 50% off the price of that person's entree! Reservations are recommended! Please note that an 18% gratuity will be added to the total amount before the discount. This offer is not valid with any other promotions!
At Joe's in Wailea, we have an Early to Dine program every night - 7 days a week! Buy one entree and get a 2nd entree of equal or lesser value FREE on orders placed between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Your order must be in the kitchen prior to 6:30 p.m. to receive this special deal! Reservations are required. Please note that an 18% gratuity will be added to the total amount before the discount. This deal is not applicable to any items on the children's menu. Hi Bev,
I'm doing a report on the Hawaii Regional Cuisine, Inc. I choose you because I haved lived in Pukalani, when Hali'i'maile General Store was just a place I would pick-up snacks. I did dine at your restaurant when you first opened. Everything was GREAT!!! Anyways, if you can give me some input on how the Hawaii Regional Cuisine, Inc. got started, and why and something about yourself, and advise, while I'm going to culinary school.

I have a gift certificate, may I use it on a Monday nite. I know to tip before the discount and before the gift certificate is applied, but I want to be sure I can use the G.C. on that nite.
