Hali’imaile General Store won the Silver Award for Best Hawaii Regional Cuisine at the 2012 ‘Aipono Awards Gala. The restaurant has won Gold & Silver in this category eleven times since 2004, as well as ‘Aiponos for Best Dessert and Most Innovative Menu. The ‘Aipono Awards are sponsored by Maui No Ka Oi Magazine and winners selected by its readers. ‘Aiponos recognize the best of Maui’s food, wine and hospitality industries.
